Ben saves Bulky Bob a Job
Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end
Scott Adams
A resident on Derker Estate Oldham was recovering from a hip replacement operation when the works to her new kitchen began.
The resident just happened to mention to Emanuel Whittaker labourer Ben, whilst he was putting appliances back at the property, that she would have to ring Bulky Bob’s to have a table and chairs removed. She had been using them in her lounge as they would not go in her new kitchen and she wanted new ones once her new kitchen was complete.
Ben immediately said he would save her the trouble and take them there and then if she would like. The resident was delighted. Quick thinking Ben also recycled the metal legs to add to the charity collection.
