May 10, 2012I would like to thank you all on the behalf of the tenants on Pennington Close for the transformation you have done to the community room.
We would also like to thank Emanuel Whittakers for all the hard work they have done with the tenants. They have shown to be a very caring firm and nothing has been too difficult for them. It will be sad when they leave because they have been part of the scheme so long. I have been a warden as you know for quite a number of years and I have dealt with contractors in the past on the scheme, and I have never come across a firm as helpful as these have been. All the staff from the site manager to the work men have shown nothing but kindness and helpfulness to the tenants, nothing has been too much trouble to them. I have had no complaints from the tenants but praise.
I am so proud of what has been achieved since City West have taken over and feel that Pennington Close is now on the map. I therefore want to thank you all as well as the tenants.
