Out with the old…
Nov 29, 2023PNWHA resident, John Quayle, asked Site Manager, John Millward, if he could discard of some unwanted garage items into our site skip, which of course was not a problem.
John couldn’t thank the Emanuel Whittaker team enough.

Nov 29, 2023Great Places resident, Mr. Hunston, left a note asking our Labourers if it was possible to keep some of the old kitchen wall unit when we install his new kitchen.
Mr. Hunston wanted to put them to use in his shed.
Emanuel Whittaker like to do our bit to help reduce, recycle and reuse.
Once again we have one happy customer!

Rubbish Removed
Nov 29, 2023Since window installation was carried out at her home, Rectory Green resident, Wendy Holstein, decided to purchase some new dining chairs, but wasn’t sure how to discard of the extra-large packing boxes they came in.
Emanuel Whittaker Resident Liaison Officer, Garry Holt, offered to step in and collapsed and disposed of them into our site skip.
A beaming Wendy thanked Garry and even popped into the site office the following day to thank him again.
You’re very welcome Wendy, it is all part of the Emanuel Whittaker service.

Nov 29, 2023MSV residents, Mr and Mrs Smith, asked if we had any spare wall units they could have.
Emanuel Whittaker Site Supervisor, Steve Bowers, had a look through the stock in the site cabins and found one that was spare.
Steve was more than happy to deliver the wall unit and the residents were very grateful.

Problem Solved
Nov 29, 2023New PNWHA resident, Georgina Kennedy, moved into her first home at Rectory Green in July this year and had the issue of her wardrobe not fitting through the front door.
Desperate to get organised, Georgina was eager for her new windows to be installed, to see if the wardrobe could be lifted through the window opening, when the existing window is removed.
Unfortunately, the windows were not scheduled to be installed for some time, so the wardrobe was put into storage, until the window replacement this month.
Here are Emanuel Whittaker Sub-Contractors, Alan May and Jamie Schofield, Sovereign Window Fitters, moving the wardrobe directly into the bedroom!
As you’d expect, Georgina was delighted and extremely grateful.
