MSV Resident, Mrs Pat Rixon has lived in her home for 40 years and has never had a new bathroom, until now.

Pat was so happy about having her bathroom renewed.

Pat suppled the Emanuel Whittaker site team with stream of brews, biscuits and toast, while they were working.

In return the team wanted to thank Pat by giving her a helping hand…

Emanuel Whittaker Joiner, Lorrie Patrick fixed and refitted Pat’s broken toothbrush holder.

Emanuel Whittaker Labourer, James Tomlinson was more than happy to help top up Pat’s car with water and screen wash.

Once we had completed the works at Pat’s home, Pat gave us a thank you letter and a gift bottle of wine for Site Manager, Adam Jackson and Resident Liaison Officer, Janice Nolan.

Whilst Installing a new kitchen for RBH resident Mrs Hopkins, Emanuel Whittaker Joiner, Ian Chambers, fitted a few shelves into an old cupboard within a chimney breast located in the Kitchen.

Mrs Hopkins cannot thank Ian and the Emanuel Whittaker team enough, she says that she will make this cupboard into a mini bar.

Great Places Residents on Claycourt Avenue have recently had new windows and doors fitted, making a huge improvement to noise and heat within the properties and everywhere looks really smart.

However there are two greens at the entrance to the Avenue that were full of litter. Emanuel Whittaker Resident Liaison Officer Sarah Kershaw and Apprentice Joiners Austin Hoy and Will Finn decided to clear the area of litter.

All residents were really thankful for what we had achieved.
