Emanuel Whittaker have just completed a bathroom upgrade for MSV resident, Mrs Kudirat Salami

Kudarit had some lovely comments about the site team, saying that they were “friendly, efficient and hard working”.

She also said how much she appreciated “a perfectly finished job!”. That must have been included the towel warmer the team fitted for her.

MSV resident, Kathleen Heeney, was very grateful when Emanuel Whittaker joiner, Adam Cumpsty, fitted an extra piece of worktop for her to use as an extra shelf.

Kathleen had initially been very anxious about having her kitchen upgrade done, but she needn’t of worried. When the works were complete, Kathleen said “All contractors and staff were an absolute pleasure.”

Emanuel Whittaker Site Manager, Phil Taylor and Resident Liaison Officer, Sarah Kershaw welcomed Luke Kershaw, a 6th Form College Student, carrying out work experience to their scheme in Levenshulme.

Luke experienced aspects of site management and resident liaison responsibilities, meeting residents and dealing with sub-contractors, getting stuck in moving furniture and refitting curtains for residents.

Luke was complimented on his manners and politeness by several residents.

Well done Luke.
