Emanuel Whittaker Site Manager, Gary Welsby, lent a hand when he noticed a heavily pregnant MCC resident heading out to take her rubbish to the ground floor bins.
Gary stepped in and took her rubbish out for her.

All Clear

A big shout-out to Emanuel Whittaker Labourer, Chris Folan, lending a hand to one of our MCC residents.
Noticing that the weeds outside her front door had become a bit of a jungle, Chris jumped into action and cleared the area, making it much safer and more accessible.

Helping Hand
Oct 29, 2025
While carrying out daily visits at Tonge Court, resident, David Farrimond, happened to mention a socket had stopped working in his flat and that he was about to telephone the RBH repairs.
MRES electrician, Caleb Richardson, was in earshot working in the communal areas.
Caleb kindly offered his assistance and discovered the issue was a tripped fuse, which was resolved instantly.
David couldn’t thanks us enough for the help and preventing a call out.

Problem Solved
Oct 29, 2025
Tonge Court residents Anne & Tony had new carpets fitted in their home, unfortunately the thicker carpet pile meant that the airing cupboard door wouldn’t open without dragging.
Tony asked if we could possibly assist.
Emanuel Whittaker Joiner, Steve Clark, removed & planed the door and refitted it within the hour.
Anne was delighted and passed her thanks on to the team.
