Helping Hand
Oct 20, 2021
When working on any scheme, we like to be considered as a good neighbour. So we were more than happy to help when the warden at Victoria Square asked if we could help move a sofa… which turned out to be two sofas.
Emanuel Whittaker Site Manager Mark Healey and Resident Liaison Officer Ryan Whittaker moved the sofas from the ground floor at one end of the block, to the fourth floor at another end of the block.
The warden and the residents were very appreciative of our kind gesture.
Well done team!

Emanuel Whittaker Resident Liaison Officer, Neil Lancaster was upset to discover that Mr Pearson had come home to find his beloved little dog had died the day before works were due to start on his home.
But whilst the Emanuel Whittaker team were carrying out the works, Mr Pearson’s sister surprised him with a new puppy! Little Bella is a little rascal, but loved all of the attention she got from the trades working in her new home.
The site staff took a real shine to Bella, and treated her to a toy and some yummy treats. Both Mr Pearson and little Bella were delighted!

Deckchair challenge
Oct 20, 2021
Salix Homes Resident, Mr Brown, decided that an old fashioned deck chair would be just what he needed to sit on his balcony.
The chair was delivered, flat pack…
We all know just how difficult a deck chair is to erect, right? But then Mr Brown discovered just how tricky it was to assemble one!
Realising how he was struggling, Emanuel Whittaker Resident Liaison Officer, Vicky Gee, had an idea and decided to challenge joiners, Jordan Holt and Jake Holt to help out.
After a lot of laughs and much confusion, they rose to the challenge, and Mr Brown can now enjoy his new deckchair. Mr Brown was delighted!

Great Places resident Tanya Anderson, rang Emanuel Whittaker Resident Liaison Officer, Neil Lancaster to ask if he would call in and see her.
Neil called round with Site Supervisor, Adrian Newbery, the resident wanted us to see the bathroom once finished.
The lady is very creative and has a flare for design.
The resident said that the bathroom looks ‘fab-u-lous darling’.
The customer is over the moon.
