Emanuel Whittaker are over the moon to have been appointed to Fusion21’s Building Safety and Compliance Framework.
Clive Newton, Managing Director at Emanuel Whittaker explained why the contract was so important to our company “We are delighted to have secured a place on Fusion21’s Building Safety and Compliance Framework; we have invested heavily in developing our staff and services to meet the demands of new fire safety and compliance legislation. This Framework will provide vital opportunities to put those skills to good use.”

Apr 28, 2021Emanuel Whittaker Site Manager Katie Lockwood and Resident Liaison Officer Janice Nolan have been getting to know the tenants of Northwards Housing Victoria Square over the last three months.
In that time, they’ve realised just how much the communal garden means to residents, as they’ve watched it blossom.
So when Victoria Square resident Peter Tucker mentioned that he needed plant food, Katie and Janice where more than happy to provide it. Peter said “Thank you for your donation, this will now last us the rest of the year!”

Apr 26, 2021We are pleased to announce that Adam Berry has been promoted to FRA Supervisor with immediate effect.
Adam joined the company back in 2009 as a Resident Liaison Officer, but in November 2019 became involved with our first Fire Stopping Project with our long term client Salix Homes.
Adam is continuing to develop his knowledge and experience in this particular field, and we wish him every success in the future.

Emanuel Whittaker are very happy to introduce Taylor Varley, our new apprentice Joiner.
Taylor is pictured proudly displaying the kitchen he helped install on our Northwards Housing project at Appleford & Bath Estates, Harpurhey.
Site Manager Mark Healey said “Taylor is settling in really well and is highly thought of by the team”.
