Mrs Stella Carroll, a Northwards Housing Resident on the Bath Estates, Harpurhey showed her appreciation for the works carried out at her home by emailing a complement to our Director and sending in some personalised mugs and chocolate biscuits to the Emanuel Whittaker team on site.

Her compliment read as follows;

“Hello Mr Gallagher, I felt that I must inform you about your Management team. I have to say that Mark, Ady and Ryan are absolutely amazing, they are so polite, caring and very patient and do everything they can to make us feel assured about all of the works they are doing. They are so organised with all their amazing staff that are doing the most brilliant work and again each and every one of the team are so polite. Dog Sitting

Emanuel Whittaker operatives Tom Brierley and Chris Greeves were happy to help ‘dog sit’ when a resident needed a helping hand.

As works are being completed on the kitchens, our Gas engineer needed to carry out Gas Safety checks. So the resident asked if they would kindly mind their dog whilst they nipped out to top up their gas meter.

As you can see, they were all very happy with this arrangement!
