Although many of our customers are overjoyed at the prospect of having improvement works carried out to their homes, preparing for the works and getting their home back in order when we’re finished can be quite daunting.
Emanuel Whittaker’s resident liaison officers know that their role is to make the preparation and return as easy as possible. So it’s no surprise that Resident Liaison Officer, Michelle Bailey found herself taking down and re-hanging curtains for the lucky Six Town Housing residents at The Springs who are having their windows replaced.
