The goodwill of the site team at Salix Homes Blackfriar Court hasn’t gone unnoticed, and one particular resident took the time out to call Owner and Contracts Director, John Gallagher, to express his appreciation of the work carried out by the team…

Peter Ball a resident at Blackfriars Court called and asked to speak to a Director at the company and was put through to John. He explained that he wanted to express the fact that “As far as he knows, at least 95% of the residents of Blackfriars Court are more than 100% satisfied with the workmanship and staff employed on this project.”

He went on to say “that in over 40 years of tenancy he has never encountered a more committed and pleasant workforce.”

Mr. Ball went on to ask John to pass on his appreciation to every single person employed on site, both internally and externally.

The Site Team were delighted to hear that their efforts hadn’t gone unrecognised by residents and their Managers back at the Head Office.

The internal works to the block are now complete. Works are continuing to complete the external works in time for a grand unveiling of the new look block in time for Spring.
