bm2Emanuel Whittaker have now completed the programme of refurbishment works to homes at Bramley Meade.

The works and complexity of the programme have proved challenging to the site team, headed up by Site Manager Tony Rossi. Although Tony has been with the Emanuel Whitaker for over 13 years, this was the first project that he had been asked to deliver for Salix Homes. So Tony knew he had a lot to live up to with his colleagues on other projects consistently achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

Together with Resident Liaison Officer Janice Nolan, Tony soon became a trusted face amongst residents. And it appears his hard work and hands on approach have paid off, when the site team started receiving glowing testimonials from local residents, including Councillor Walmisham and Derek Harvey.
