You’re gonna need another notice board!

Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end

Mark Healey’s site team working on Salix Homes Bury New Road site are aiming to please with the programme of works they’re delivering, and by the number of compliments they’re getting it seems their efforts are paying off.

Salix Project Officer Jo Rogan has been receiving a raft of compliments from customers commenting on the well-mannered, polite and tidy team.  Resident Liaison Officer Janice Nolan and window fitters, Steve Bowers and Liam McKelvey have been particularly praised, going the extra mile to help customers fitting blinds and putting their homes back in order for them following the works.

Jo reported “Mrs McAlpine at 3 Budlea has rang this morning to pass on another compliment about the window fitters.  She has advised they are very clean and tidy and very polite. She said Janice was lovely as well”.

Doris McAlpine, who is in her 90’s was very upset that when her new windows were fitted, she was unable to put her blinds back up as the brackets/fittings were no longer suitable. Resident Liaison Officer Janice Nolan managed to find a blind company who kindly donated 8 new brackets and window fitters Steve Bowers and Liam McKelvey happily went round the next morning and refitted her blinds. Doris was delighted.

Jo Rogan commented “If you continue displaying these you’ll need a bigger board!”
