Rendlesham residents say it with cakes

Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end

Residents say it with cakes

Emanuel Whittaker pride themselves on getting high customer satisfaction, and get many kind letters and thank you notes from happy residents.

But the local residents on Rendlesham Close wanted to give the site team something a little extra to show their appreciation to the site team.

So to say thank you for all their hard work, the residents presented Site Manager, Peter Dransfield and Resident Liaison Officer Sue Crocker some cakes.

The site team were really grateful for the residents’ little act of kindness. Site Manager Peter said, “we do try to discourage residents from giving us presents, but they really wanted to show their appreciation with more than a thank you card, and the cakes were just too good to resist. We shared them with the site team and its good to let them know just how much their hard work means to our customers.

Its been great working here on Rendlesham Close, the residents have made our job so easy and have been very understanding, it will be a real shame to leave.”
