Site team help Duchy residents with a Spring clean

Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end

Many of the homes on the Duchy estate have already benefited from both internal and external improvement works, and Phase 3 of these major works are about to start. There’s a lot for residents to do when preparing their homes for the new fixtures and fittings and the works often prompt a good clear out.  So whilst residents are emptying cupboards and shifting furniture, Emanuel Whittaker have provided extra skips so that residents can clear out any clutter they may have.

Over the course of two days, several skips were placed throughout the estate, and leaflets sent to residents to advertise their whereabouts.  There was also help at hand if the items were too heavy or bulky, with the site team operating a pickup service for any residents that requested help or left their clutter at their front door.

Residents had no trouble completely filling all the skips, leaving them clutter free to carry out their spring clean.
