Lee and Adam help with the ‘Spring Clean’ at Black Friar Court

There’s just something about skips! Whenever you see one – you just want to throw something in it!

The Emanuel Whittaker site team have been helping the residents at Black Friar Court in Salford to get ready for the major improvement works that are to take place on their homes.

A recent ‘Clean out your Clutter’ proved to be a great success, with many residents taking the opportunity to have a good clearout.  Emanuel Whittaker provided a number of skips and advertised them in the block for residents to use. The site team offered to move any heavy or bulky items for those residents who needed some extra help. Pictured above are Lead Resident Liaison Officer Adam Berry and Site Operative Lee Barham who helped resident Patrick Hayes from 92 Black Friar Court with some of his bulkier items.

The offer to help with the removal of heavy items made it even easier for residents to have that all important ‘Spring Clean’.
